With over 17 years of experience in financial leadership, commercial strategy, business partnering, and organisational transformation, including senior leadership roles at American Express across Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia, she specialises in bridging business strategy with technology innovation. Maria combines deep financial expertise with practical AI and automation solutions to help organisations improve decision-making, streamline operations, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
When she’s not helping business transform, you’ll likely find her planning her next travel adventure or hunting down Sydney’s newest food destination.
Talent Lim
Project Manager
Talent Lim leads technology delivery at Ailevate, helping organizations turn ambitious ideas into shipped products and measurable impact.
With experience across banking, construction tech, and cloud infrastructure, she specializes in data driven decision making, end-to-end software delivery and AI-powered automation and has delivered solutions that move the needle: lifting campaign conversion rates from 1.2% to 8%, unlocking IDR 90 billion in customer balances, and building AI tools that cut hours of manual review down to minutes.
When not building, you’ll find her on the volleyball court or wiring up microcontrollers just to see what they can do.
Ricky Tjoe
AI Strategy and Commercial Advisor
Ricky Tjoe is a technology leader and consultant specialising in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence. Based in Melbourne, he works with organisations to design and implement practical digital transformation solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and create measurable business value. His experience spans technology consulting, business development, cloud strategy, data platforms, analytics, and AI implementation across Australia and Indonesia. Ricky is also continuing his academic development through advanced studies in artificial intelligence and applied mathematics, with a strong interest in emerging technologies and their real-world applications.

Digital Experience & Brand Strategist
Daryl is the Brand & Digital Experience Strategist at Ai-Levate, shaping how the company shows up across brand, website, and digital content.
With a background in UI/UX design, he focuses on turning complex AI, data, and cloud ideas into clear, credible, and easy-to-understand communication. He works across content strategy, visual direction, website experience, and brand storytelling to help Ai-Levate present its technical work in a way business leaders can connect with.

Juandi leads AI automation and intelligent systems engineering at AiLevate, helping organisations replace manual workflows with scalable, cloud-native AI pipelines.
With a background spanning construction, nuclear engineering, and environmental sectors, he brings deep expertise in applying AI to real-world operations, automating processes that once required manual effort, accelerating how teams navigate complex regulatory documents, and building predictive models that help monitor the performance of nuclear power plants.

AI Infrastructure Engineer
Stanley Yoga leads AI Platform Engineering at Ailevate, helping organisations harness AI to automate operations, optimise infrastructure, and scale intelligent services.
With experience across travel technology, machine learning, Kubernetes, and cloud-native systems, he specialises in AI agents, observability, and autonomous operations, and has delivered solutions that reduced infrastructure costs by 50%, improved API performance by 50%, and increased deployment speed by up to 3x.
When not building AI systems, you’ll find him researching autonomous AI systems, training long-distance runs, or exploring new cafes and cuisines around Melbourne.
Joshua Anrico
Quality Assurance Engineer
Joshua leads quality assurance at Ailevate, helping organisations ship reliable, polished software with confidence. With experience across electric mobility, civil aviation, and education technology, he specialises in test automation and end-to-end QA, building automated test pipelines with Playwright, Selenium, and Postman, running UAT and regression testing within Agile workflows, and partnering closely with frontend and UI/UX design teams to ensure every release looks and works the way it should. When not building, you’ll find him tinkering with IoT and Arduino projects, mentoring aspiring developers, or out capturing stories through videography.
Elbert Darmawan
Data Analyst
Elbert is a data analyst at Ailevate, assisting from cleaning and ingesting data to designing interfaces to interact with it. He is also heavily involved in visualization, often reverse engineering reporting structures and creating dashboards on PowerBI and React to fit with client needs. With experience using development and analysis tools like Python, Javacript, SQL, PowerBI, and React, he brings a versatile skillset to assist throughout the full stack. When not working on projects, you will find him bouldering or playing board games with friends.
